1. Rental period
Rates are quoted per day or per week and begin on the pickup date listed on your reservation. A rental day runs from pickup time to the same time the following day. Weekly rates apply automatically at seven days, and partial weeks are never billed higher than a full week.
2. Deposit
A refundable deposit is required for every unit and is collected at pickup unless paid online. The deposit is released after the unit is returned, inspected, and found free of damage beyond normal wear.
3. Insurance and licensing
Renters must be at least 21 and present a valid driver's license and proof of insurance covering the towed unit or operated machine. Damage not covered by the renter's policy is billed to the renter.
4. Towing and operation
The tow vehicle must be rated above the fully loaded weight of the trailer. Renters are responsible for correct hitching, safety chains, load securement, and legal load limits. Machines may only be operated by the renter or their authorized, competent operators.
5. Damage and loss
The renter is responsible for damage, theft, tire and rim damage, and hydraulic or structural abuse during the rental period. Repairs are billed at cost plus lost rental days while the unit is out of service.
6. Fuel and cleaning
Powered equipment returns with the fuel level it left with. Dump and utility trailers must be swept clean. Excess cleaning is billed at an hourly shop rate.
7. Late returns
Notify us before your return time if you need more days. Unreported late returns are charged at the daily rate plus a late fee, and the renter is liable for downstream reservation losses.
8. Cancellation
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours the deposit is retained to cover the held slot.
9. Prohibited use
No hauling of hazardous materials, no subleasing or transfer to third parties, no removal of the unit from Arizona without written approval, and no operation under the influence.
